I have grown up on a farm caring for dogs, cats, lambs, and horses. Animals have always had a special place in my heart as part of the family. I have worked at a veterinary hospital in providing services to animals such as bathing, walking, feeding, and up keep. I have served as a animal caretaker for many years.

Ashley worked for my stables during college and was a fantastic employee. She has fantastic horse handling experience and knowledge. She would also stay and watch my personal dog and cats when I was out of town, and always took great care of them. She is definitely someone I would trust with the car and keeping of my animals.

I have a lot of patience with animals and look to provide them a safe environment. Making sure to be gentle, considerate, and kind with each animal is very important to me.

Knowing what a dog or cat enjoys is very helpful to know ahead of time. Also, things that the pet does not like or is scared of is also beneficial to provide the best care for each pet.
A typical day
While watching pets I plan to incorporate activities they enjoy whether that be belly rubs, calm petting, being brushed, fetch and or frisbee. Including activities that the pets enjoy is important to me.

I am currently working part time and putting myself through grad school so my schedule is flexible to assist with any animal care needs from walking to pet sitting.
