I love to play ball with dogs, walk them, and make sure they are well cared for. All my life I have been surrounded by animals. I can't imagine my world without a companion who gives unconditional love. Our family grew up with a hyper Dalmatian and a calm Labrador/terrier mix. Both had very different personality. Our mutt doggie, ended up living to be fourteen years old. Captain was his name, he ended up passing away from Cancer. It broke our heart, but I remember learning the meaning of patience and understanding with a sick animal. Our Dalmatian on the other hand was very healthy and needed lot's of physical activity. I like to incorporate this mindset when looking after others dogs. It is important to pay attention to each animal's specific need.
