Pet care experience
Hi I’m Ashley! I have lived with dogs my entire life, and recently said goodbye to my dog a few months back. I am not ready for my own again just yet, but do miss the love and energy of having a dog around. That’s why I’ve turned more to pet sitting/ walking! I have experience with dogs or all sizes, ages, and really believe in creating a safe space for your pup. I am comfortable with all age ranges and understand that care looks different at different stages in your dog’s life. Previously having my own dog, and growing up in a family with 4 dogs as well, I am confident I can provide the care you are looking for, and hopefully make your day just a bit easier!

With drop in services or walking, it is my top priority that your dog is comfortable and safe. Making sure they trust me, is top priority. I am a big believer in routine, so if you have a certain way of doing things with your pet I will gladly follow. For boarding or sitting, a meet and greet is essential to developing trust. I also will follow the routines you have in place to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. Your house your rules. I’d you have specific rules for your home, I will follow those in my own home for boarding as well. Always happy to accommodate and send updates!

A typical day
I mainly focus on dog walking and drop ins! Depending on the dog- walk and/or runs, fetch, and enrichment. Whether that be enrichment through food, and treat play or smells!

Availability
I work full time remotely, and my work schedule is flexible- we are able to choose our work hours, so I have plenty of time to walk or drop in on your pup in during the morning, afternoon or evening, and will be around for the full length of your pets stay for boarding or sitting.
