Pet care experience
I grew up caring for animals of all kinds. I grew up on a 30 acre farm helping my father care for and raise everything from kittens and pups to chics and ducks to calf’s and piglets. Frequently I help my family care for their variety of pets, needs such as: bathing, feeding, walks and playing.

Ashley has cared for our fur babies since they became part of our family. We have gone on several vacations and Ashley has taken care of our girls every time! We have one Maltese/Shih Tzu mix and another little Shih Tzu that definitely requires extra patience and love. She is the only one we trust with our little girls. She is gentle and loving and in return they love her just as much! You can tell without a doubt how much she cares for our littles. She is responsible, intelligent and caring and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I have 2 senior cats, a kitten and a small breed rabbit at home. All of my animals live indoors, out of the elements and away from predators. Each is seen by our family vet on a routine basis and are all up to date on vaccinations and medications, including flea/tick/deworming medication. My senior cats enjoy their various options of locations to perch and sleep. I also occasionally will entice them to play with toys and our kitten to help enrich their environment and offer exercise. Along with the various locations to perch and sleep, all three cats enjoy a multitude of toys from balls to strings, sensory play and catnip infused play mice. My rabbit enjoys and indoor hutch located in an area of the home where he can interact with and watch the family. His hutch offers and open are and an enclosed area for privacy. He enjoys a daily feeding of fresh fruits, vegetables and home grown herbs. With supervision he enjoys time outside of his hut to interact and play with his humans and kitty companions.

A typical day
We will spend time at parks nearby and engage in play to encourage physical activity and environmental enrichment. At your home we will spend time playing with toys, snuggling and enjoying treats provided by the owner (for dietary reasons).

Availability
I am a mother to two little girls and work as a special education teacher during the week. My availability is after 3:30 during the week and open availability Saturday and Sunday.
