There are lots of reasons to choose Ashley as your dog walker or sitter: * First off, she has an uncanny ability to relate to dogs. My two little beasts are very high strung. One of them is even prone to biting. So, I'm always nervous when they are introduced to someone new. Strangely, they didn't even bark when Ashley came over to "meet" them for the first time. She's like one of those "dog whisperer" people. Love that! * Second, Ashley is one of those people who you can just tell is trustworthy the minute you meet her. She's honest and straightforward. Her manner is down-to-earth and she's not self-promotional. * She had a lot of information for me about how to encourage good on-leash behavior (not something my dogs excel at). * She's obviously a very experienced dog walker and dog lover. She has her own dog and talks about her as though she's her child. I'm like that, so I really appreciate that in someone who I hire to walk my dogs. * She showed up with treats, but was also very respectful and asked me first before she offered them, which is good, because one of my dogs is missing a number of teeth and tends to try to swallow things whole (and choke...yikes!). Bottom line: I highly recommend Ashley and look forward to reading other positive reviews and stories about her encounters with new customers' dogs!
