Pet care experience
I'm a CVT (certified veterinary technician) that would love to be able to help your pets while I'm home. I'm working in specialty medicine (Internal Medicine and Cardiology) and have worked in emergency and surgery services as well. I graduated from VTI (Vet Tech Institute) in Pittsburgh, PA with an associates degree in veterinary technology. I've always loved taking care of animals - even the ones with special needs. I'm comfortable medicating animals and have plenty of knowledge for many disease processes. I have two cats of my own, Figs and Ross. They both get along with dogs and other cats. I also have a young son, close to two years old, who is very comfortable with dogs and cats. I'm trying to focus on being closer to home to spend more time with my son.

She did a great job watching our little bunny. She sent pictures of our bunny to show us and followed directions very well. I definitely recommend her.
Ashley is a very responsible person who has a genuine love for animals since she was little. Having hands on training right out of vet tech school has opened her eyes to wanting to learn more. Working in cardiology and assisting with surgeries is something she loves. She is very dedicated to anything she puts her mind too and is very trustworthy. This job is something she would be great at and allows her to spend more time with her son.
Ashley would be at the TOP of my list of responsible and loving pet owner and caregiver. She is also one of the most amazing and hard working Vet Techs I know, which is a HUGE BONUS when looking for a caregiver.
Ashley is the most compassionate person especially when it comes to animals! She took my dog in for a month for me when I needed the help and I never had to worry that he wasn’t in the best hands. I have also been around when she would dog sit for neighbors and family, she is the best!
