Hi! My name is Ashley and I worked for a dog rescue from 2021-2024 where I handled dogs of all ages and sizes! I am very comfortable with feeding and walking routines and medicine administration as needed. Due to having a very anxious dog myself, I have a soft spot for nervous and timid dogs, and I love providing safe and trustworthy care for dog owners with anxious pups. I know life can get busy and I would love to help you with the burden of caring for your best friend(s) in-home care, overnight care, or whatever your buddy needs to be healthy and happy! I have more than 10 years of experience caring for both small and large dogs. Like I said, I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like!

Ashley is great!! She watched drake and sadie while we went away on a family trip. Ashley sent pictures and messages, keeping us updated on all of the fun they were having! We will be re-booking with ashley for our end of summer and fall trips!
Ashley was actually a sitter for our son first. While watching our son when we were away, she also got to know our two goofy labs, and fluffy black cat. So, when we needed someone to watch our house and furry monsters while we went on a week's vacation, I asked Ashley if she would stay at our house for the week. I gave her a checklist of what needed to be done: feed the dogs and cat, clean the litter box, check the mail, water the plants, etc. and most importantly, keep our pets from stressing out while we were gone (like they would if they were boarded). We went on our vacation with confidence that we had someone we could trust, not just with our pets, but watching our house. Ashley touched base with us while we were away, giving updates on what was going on. When we returned, our house was in order, and the dogs and cat were happy. Ashley has a very outgoing personality, is dependable and obviously loves animals. I would highly recommend her for any house and/or pet sitting.
Ashley is a super responsible person and has cared for many animals in the past! She is super reliable and I know she would be amazing for this.

It’s great to know how a dog reacts on a leash, if they’re dog-friendly in the case that we run into another dog, and any habits or behaviors that your dog is used to in order to make the visit feel as normal as possible for them. I try my best to become a part of your dog’s routine, not interrupt it!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks, playing with toys, and running around if space allows. For more laid back dogs, I don’t mind hanging out and doing their favorite indoor activities.
