Hey there! My name is Ashley! I'm 27 years old with 5 years of pet sitting experience. With those years of experience, I've seen many different pet sitting scenarios! I've worked with families with multiple animals at a time, elderly animals, medicine distribution, animals with special needs, waste removal, foster dogs, overnight care, etc. This experience also includes working with different breeds, types, and sizes of animals. I treat each dog that I work with as if they were my own! I recently rescued a mixed breed dog, and absolutely love her!! I would expect someone to give her the utmost care, so that's what I make sure to provide with my pet sitting. I strongly believe in having and showcasing the highest level of respect for someone's family, home, and loved one that I am caring for! I also have a reliable source of transportation & have a very flexible schedule. I believe that a pet sitter should love animals {which I definitely do! Nothing more therapeutic & joyful than animals!!}... but should also have experience if they are being trusted with someone's family & home. Something I take VERY seriously! I like to know details on the care your loved one is used to receiving on a daily basis. I like to know the time that they are used to being fed, where they prefer to sleep, anything they "don't like", etc. I want your pet to be comfortable and at ease while I am with them!
A typical day
When I'm caring for a dog I like to keep them in their routine, while proving a ton of attention! If going on walks is something your loved one is used to, it will definitely happen! I always look around the owners home for the best local dog parks or city parks. If your animal is a bit lower energy, he/she will definitely still have a lap to cuddle up on!
