I've taken care of a lovely springer spaniel for 13 years, giving her daily walks, training, and plenty of love. I have experience with high-energy, reactive dogs and understand the care and support they need to enjoy a peaceful walk.

Ashley stayed in our house and looked after our two dogs for a week. We had regular updates and photos which was wonderful to see them all having a fun time while we were away and they have really taken to Ashley. Upon returning home it was clear to see that not only were the boys very well looked after but so was our home. I recommend Ashley unreservedly and will definitely be inviting him to look after the boys again.

I am comfortable with walking dogs on a lead and, if their recall is good, off lead as well in appropriate spaces such as fields or the beach. I have experience with anxious dogs and understand that it may take time to build up a relationship with your dog before they are ready to go for walks beyond the end of the street.

A typical day
I love taking dogs out along the coastal path or down onto the beach where they can explore. I also enjoy taking them to the field to play fetch, although my previous pup usually preferred to just carry her ball instead. I follow the dog's lead in terms of what games they like to play; whether it's fetch, a searching game or obedience training.
