I've always loved dog sitting and dog walking! I've been taking care of dogs all my life. I was in elementary school when we got our first dog. My parents have had three dogs in their lifetime so far since I’ve been around, and I've spent many days watching, letting out, and walking them all. I also helped my parents raise their last dog when she was a puppy including potty training, socializing, as well as common commands. This was a great opportunity for me as I was in between jobs and staying at home for a short time. I also spent many weekends of my childhood dog sitting for the neighbors when they were away on vacation or out for long periods of time. I now have my own dog who has been a part of my family for 4 years now. I've taught him many common commands and love doting on him, taking him for walks, to the dog park, and all around just watching him be a dog. Recently, I've also adopted a cat just over a year ago. Both of my animals are friendly around other dogs and cats. I can think of nothing more I would love doing with my free afternoons and/or weekends than getting to meet new furry friends and spending time walking with them.
