Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with animals most of my life; my home has never felt complete without a fur baby here. I’ve cared for family members, friends and neighbours dogs. I have over a year of experience walking dogs on other dog walking apps, and private clients that I've gained through my own efforts (outside/ off of apps). I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes; from the smallest Chihuahua to our wonderful Great Pyranese/ German Shepard Mix. I’m excellent at following care instructions, learning about each individual pup and truly treating them as I would treat my own. I am also familiar with raw diets, using gentle leaders while on walks, and providing oral medications if needed. PLEASE NOTE: My children are very hands on. Our home is best suited for dogs that love/ are tolerable of the extra love, attention and playtime. I am always open to scheduling a Meet & Greet prior to ensure your fur baby would be comfortable in our very loving but sometimes busy home. Through my experience, our home is best suited for younger dogs that can match my tiny human's energy, OR older dogs with a young spirit and/or tolerable of the extra love and attention.

Our pup Phoenix had the best day with Ashley at doggy daycare today! Phoenix is pretty high energy, and Ashley took her on multiple walks and played with her all day long. I want to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Please share your dog's temperament, current routine; sleeping & eating schedule and whether or not they have any special needs or requirements during their stay. - How are they on leash? - Do they have any diet restrictions? If your doggo is not familiar with young children, please let me know. I would love to schedule a meet & greet prior to finalizing our booking. My children are quite energetic, and love to be "hands on" with the animals in our home. Dogs that can match their energy or be tolerable of the extra love and attention would be best suited. Depending on your booking, please ensure you bring the following: DAYCARE • their regular dog food • leash and/or harness • doggie treats (if they have a restricted diet.) OVERNIGHT BOARDING • kennel (if used overnight) • their regular dog food • leash and/or harness
A typical day
INDOOR PLAY I have a million and one dog toys for your pup to enjoy. Everything from fetch and tug o'war, to snuffle mats and puzzles. I have a two-year old and four-year old that are animal obsessed, too - they will be showered with lots of extra love and play time. Hey, its a win for me too (tires out my little bundles of energy!) OUTDOOR PLAY We have a fenced yard that they will have free range of. In the summer time, they can enjoy a little splash pool too, then enjoy resting in the shade under our big tree. DOG PARKS + TRAILS I'm an outdoor girlie, more so in the spring and summer, but I love to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and visit some trails. We have lots of walking paths near by, and a completely fenced off dog park that we can visit (with your permission of course). If your doggo loves trails as much as I do, there are opportunities to join me on a dog-friendly trail in Kananaskis! We will generally go for 1-2 walks a day (weather dependant), and try to mix up our route as much as possible so that they can enjoy all of the smells, and even say hello to some canine neighbours. FUR BESTIES I will often have another dog in my home. If you're looking for the added socialization for your pup, they will get it! Please note, if your fur baby is on the older side, and/or would benefit/enjoy a more peaceful environment, please let me know! I will do my best to accommodate your request so that your loved one is comfortable. BIRTHDAY PARTY Will your fur baby have a birthday while they're with me? Let me know! I'd love to make their day extra special. I will even make them a homemade pup cake if you'd allow! CUDDLE PUDDLES Does your dog love extra snuggles, love and tons of pets? We're the perfect place for them. If I'm not smothering them in love and cuddles, I promise my kids will be. SNOOZE TIME After a fun filled day, we have oversized dog beds for your loved ones to curl up on. If your pup will protest for the bed at night, we'll always make the space for them. If they will be boarding with us, and sleep in a kennel at night, please bring that with you. Otherwise we have pretty much everything your pup will need during their stay with us! I promise your loved one will be one of the family while you're away.

I am a stay-at-home/ work-from-home momma of three (teenager, a preschooler and a toddler). I have a great deal of flexibility during the day which allows me to provide the best hands on care for your fur baby. We sadly lost ours over a year ago which has made our home a little more quiet. Bringing your fur babies' into our home has filled the space in our hearts and has been exactly what we've needed. I have not been able to bring myself to get another puppy quite yet, so offering daycare and overnight boarding has been the perfect fit.
