Pet care experience
Animals bring me so much joy! I love to see them smiling and living their best lives! I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I always give as much love and kindness as I possibly can to animals. They are fur balls of pure happiness and they deserve to be loved! I promise to treat your pet as if it were my own. I truly believe that pets are family, and I intend to take the very best care of your family. Arranging a Meet & Greet beforehand is super important to me--I like to make sure we are all comfortable with each other! When Housesitting, I follow your house rules! Before your return, I do my best to make your home look like I was never there. I will wash, dry (and put away, if I time it correctly) bedding, used towels, etc. Dishes and any other kitchen applicances I use will also be cleaned. Trash will be taken out, and poops picked up. Most importantly, your home is your sancturary, and I treat it as such. I do not share your address with anyone, and I do not invite anyone over.

We had a great experience! Ashley did a great job taking care of our dog and 2 cats. The house was clean and all was well cared for while we were gone.
Came home to a clean house and healthy pups! We also got pictures or a video every day that we were gone and Ashley was very responsive to messages. We felt comfortable before we left because both dogs warmed up to her quickly. We'll look for Ashley the next time we need a sitter.

I like to know if your pet(s) are social with other animals and humans, or if they prefer their own space. I like to know this for their safety and others' safety.
A typical day
Your pets' routine will become my routine! For active pets, we can run trails or neighborhoods and enjoy new smells. If your pet loves chasing after a ball, I am more than happy to keep throwing it! For homebody pets, we can watch movies together, or I can read a story to them. For pets who enjoy a mix of activity and leisure: walks, naps, and all the above! Car rides can also be part of our fun together. I send pictures and a short recap of our day together either at the end of the day, or first thing in the morning.

Availability
As a bartender, my schedule fluctuates, and my shifts are about 5 hours. Once I'm home, I make the most of the time with your pet by going on walks, play at the park, and give your fur babies snuggles. Sometimes I have errands to run, although I keep my time away from the house short and sweet.
