I have been working with animals professionally for over 5 years and have always enjoyed the love & happiness they bring me! I have full availability which allows me to be attentive to your pets needs, especially if they require special attention like medication or extra walks throughout the day. Ashley took great care of our 17 week old puppy while we were away for 5 days. She sent tons of photos and videos, made sure he was eating (despite him having some picky moments) and was very patient about his puppy behaviors / potty training. You can tell he really cares about the animals and tries her best. Thank you, Ashley!!
I am writing to highly recommend Ashley as a pet sitter. I have used Ashley to care for my dog, Benny, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, dedication, and love of animals. Ashley is clearly a dog lover. She is gentle and patient with Benny, even when he is excited. They are also very responsible and reliable. In addition to being a great dog sitter, Ashley is also a great communicator. She was available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have and sent me regular updates and photos on how Benny was doing, which I appreciated very much. Overall, I highly recommend Ashley as a pet sitter. She is reliable, trustworthy, and caring individual who loves animals. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Ashley checked in on my cat Peanut daily while I was recently out of town. He had had a health scare so in addition to the person feeding him, I wanted some extra support to give him love and make sure he was ok. Ashley was great for this - sent me ton of pictures and gave Peanut lots of pets and attention. She helped put my mind at ease and was easy to work with!

I live in a studio apartment on the second floor with kitchen and bathroom as separate rooms to the main area. There is 1 flight of stairs to my unit and I can easily carry your pet up & down should they need. The only doors are the bathroom & front door so I have full awareness of what is going on at all times! My queen size bed and couch are both places for your pet to snooze and be comfy. I only have hardwood floors and am very experienced working with pets who still use pads to go to the bathroom.

A typical day
I love spending the day w a pet! Walks and cuddles are the most important activities but I am open to whatever your pet prefers. If your dog wants to sleep all day then I am happy to do the same :) If they are love pup cups then trips to Starbucks are a must! I live in a pet friendly area and have taken my clients' pets to dog friendly events as well as parks. If your dog likes being social I can definitely arrange play dates and trips to the dog park while they stay w me. I provide photos & updates through out the day and really pride myself on my thoughtful communication. The first time (or even the 100th!) you trust someone else to care for your baby is always hard but if you hire me I can ensure you will know what they are doing all day & night!

I worked for a pet daycare for a few years where I learned so much about different animals and their behaviors. I worked with dogs by caring for them during daycare hours, feeding & boarding them overnight in addition to assisting the groomer with basic tasks such as bathing, nail trims & teeth cleaning. I have professional experience working with cats & reptiles as well.
