Hi and welcome to PAWS & PLAY Dog Care! (currently just offering drop-ins and dog walks) I have been caring for dogs for over 12 years and well as caring for adorable young dogs from shelters. My family and I used to foster pups every month for 2 days to one week until they are ready to go to their new adopted family for good. I love that I can give them a great temporary home! I love all breeds, as long as your dog is not aggressive and will be okay around my 6-year-old son, our Boston Terrier pooch, Wrigley Puddlesworth, and our cat Jaspurr. Wrigley is 10 years old, has such a funny and quirky personality, loves to play and take his daily naps. Our home has a great open backyard area (not fenced in) that is perfect for your pooch to roam around, explore and potty while you are away. Your fur baby will be supervised 24/7 and potty breaks are every 0-2 hours or whenever they can communicate to me when they need to go. We do have a vehicle in case of an emergency. I offer Daycare, Overnight Boarding, I can also care for elderly or disabled dogs. Please feel free to ask about these services! If you are ever looking to board your pooch for the holidays, I am available! Also available on short notices! I can't wait to meet you and your loving pooch!

Ashley and her husband Peter were great! Tucker stayed with them for an afternoon while my husband and I attended his great aunt's birthday. Ashley sent multiple pictures and a video to reassure us that Tucker was doing well even though he was only there for a short time. It definitely made us feel good. Tucker is old and kinda set in his ways and it seems they catered to him on his visit. I would definitely use Ashley in the future and recommend her if you are in the Montgomery/Prattville area.

Please, no vicious or aggressive dogs. I do have a 6 year-old. His safety and mine are important to me! It would be great to know if your pet is on any kind of specific food and water feeding schedule! Also, if they are used to being let out to potty at specific times!
A typical day
We have a huge bin of dog toys that they all just seem to love. Way too many squeaky toys and tennis balls. The perfect toys for dogs of all sizes.
