Ashley is incredibly accommodating and easy to work with! Because of an unexpected occurrence, we ended up not needing to drop off our pup, but all along the way Ashley was incredibly patient and flexible with her scheduling to ensure that she could care for our dog if we needed it. While we didn’t end up needing a sitter, we will definitely be using her for future needs!

Ashley is fantastic! We had a last minute urgent need for someone to care for our large dog for the weekend, and Ashley was quick to respond to review availability and logistics. While I’ve never used Rover.com in the past (we usually bring her to a boarding facility), and we had some slight anxiety using a resource we’ve never used before, Ashley’s obvious affinity for animals and her communicative nature allowed us to be at ease and feel confident that our Luna was safe and well-cared for.
