Pet care experience
I have a love for animals. Growing up on a farm will do that to you! I've tended everything from pigs, mules, and chickens to rabbits, cats, dogs, and birds. We also had a nice pack of hunting hounds (as did another family near by that I dog sat for) that needed constant care - everything from cleaning stalls in the heated dog kennels, feeding, watering, freshening up outdoor pens, walking, assistance in hunting training, and showing/basic grooming.

Ashley is a very caring and responsible person who is very familiar with the needs of taking care of dogs...from walking them, to cleaning up after them, to training and showing them as she was raised with German shepards and Hounds. She is also familiar with taking care of some farm animals that we had such as walking and riding our Mules, feed and cleaning the pigs and chickens.
Ashley has helped in caring for my hounds over the years. From a grade school age,she helped with their walking, exercising, including showing them at bench shows, cleaning, grooming, feeding, and making sure they were in good health , in the kennels she helped with keeping the stalls clean, the bedding clean and all aspects of kennel maintenance . She has always had a love for all animals and cared about them. She has helped with my farm animals, pigs, chickens, etc She also enjoyed walking, grooming, riding and caring for my mules. She did a great job with her own German Shepard. She is a responsible pet person who knows how important it is to be a good pet owner and caregiver.
Ashley is fantastic! I have a ZOO - dogs, cats, rats, snakes, AND spiders - none of this slowed her down. She loves them all. Not to mention, my dogs aren't always the tamest when hanging with strangers as a trio. I was always hesitant to leave them at home because of this. If you can imagine a mastiff/pitbull, German shepherd, and redbone coonhound trying to win one person's attention, you can imagine exactly what Ashley perfected. Now I don't look back when I leave! She is extremely patient yet can handle all the quirks each breed/animal can throw her way. Do not hesitate to use Ashley for your dog/pet sitting needs!
Ashley is one of the best dog sitters! She was able to take care of my grandparents Great Dane anytime we went on a family vacation or they went on a trip. She made sure he was taken care of and loved as much as my grandparents loved him. I highly recommend Ashley!

While walking and/or playing I'll have handy a portable doggie water bowl, bags for cleaning up doggie messes, access to playful friends (unless you prefer otherwise!), dog/cat treats (unless you prefer otherwise!), and a quick check of a litterbox (and a tidy-up if needed!). My personal dog will very rarely be with me when I go to visit or walk you pet (just so there's no confusion).

I currently am a stay-at-home, homeschooling Momma with a very flexible schedule...so LOTS of available time for you furry family members! I'd love to have some "long-term" clients who need a set schedule, though I would still be very flexible to accommodate "as-needed" clients as well!
