First of all, I am a very loving, compassionate, caring and kind person who loves animals of all types. I did have a dog of my own which I took care of for approximately 5 years in addition to caring for a couple of other families' pets as well. However, my primary experience comes from caring for my own dog which included ensuring he recieved proper nutrition everyday as well as exercise. I made sure he enjoyed his life as if he were my own child, taking him everywhere I went and going places that were dog friendly, such as hiking trails, camping, etc. He was properly groomed and bathed to ensure his coat was always clean and comfortable. I have always loved dogs and the wonderful companionship they offer. Although I no longer have my dog, I know I can offer my love and care for another families' dog. I strongly believe that dogs are more than animals, they were given to use to help make us all a little happier everyday. They are the essence of innocence and purity.
