Pet care experience
Hi! I discovered the Rover app a few years ago and have since gotten to meet so many new furry friends! I can honestly say that dogs bring me SO much joy and I was so excited when I learned that Rover was a thing! I was born and raised in Washington state, and graduated from Central Washington University. I have had a rescue pup for 5 years now named Freckles and I love her to death! When I first adopted Freckles, she had a lot of issues stemming from her previous home and therefore needed a lot of training. We went through several different classes together so I have experience handling dogs. I have been a distance runner for 10 years including 2 years for my college track and cross country team and would love to take your dog on a run, or walk if they prefer. I also love hiking, so if your furry friend would enjoy that I would love to take them with me! I am flexible and am willing to learn anything you need me to in order to give you and your pets a great experience.

Ashley was fantastic and flexible with last minute needs for Tessa. She even kept a daily log of their adventures, which was very sweet. Tessa did very well under her care and I would love to have her watch Tessa again.

Ashley was great with my dog. She meet with us first to make sure it was a good fit, and made sure she knew all she needed to while I was gone. She kept me informed on how my dog was doing, and he was very happy and well taken care of when I got back.
I’ve known Ashley for two years and she is the most amazing girl I know. She very compassionate and organized and loved to be around people and pets. She is an avid dog lover and has a red heeler mix of her own. Ashley tirelessly takes care of her four legged and two legged friends alike. She is a wonderful person and will secede at anything she puts her mind to.

I love any and all dogs! My favorite dogs are medium-large dogs! It would be helpful to know if your dog has been trained, and if they require special attention. For example, my pup has gone through lots of training, however will still eat any food she can find and therefore I need to pay close attention to that. Things like that are good to know for me to provide excellent care for your pup(s)!
A typical day
We would do anything from running, to walking, playing fetch, hiking, or even swimming. We may just keep it low key if your dog prefers that as well. And of course lots of snuggles!

Availability
I am currently working part time locally. I am generally free evenings and therefore can provide your pup with exercise in the evening, as well as stay the night if you need. My weekly schedule varies so please feel free to message me if you would like to know my availability!
