Hi I'm Lauren, 26 year old professional cat and dog sitter in the Gig Harbor/ Tacoma area with lots of experience. I've worked with very shy cats, extroverted dogs, and puppies with behavioral problems so when you are going out of town or on business please consider me to look after your pet. I've worked at the animal shelter as and dog walker for 3 years from 2007-2010 and fostered 2 dogs, working with one of them to overcome behavioral problems . A lifelong cat lover, I've personally had cats through out my life who all lived into excellent old age. I'm available 24/7 as pet care is my full time job so please give me a call. When I'm cat or dog sitting I dedicate the whole time to being with the cat or dog or in the close vicinity ( same room). This ensures that the cat or dog is never out of my sight. I usually bring with me everything I need for the week ect. food, supplies, so I have no need to go out shopping and leave the pet unattended. When working with an outside or feral cat I have camped in backyard to keep a close eye on the pet. This makes sure the animal is always safe and secure from harm, predators, or accidents.

A typical day
A typical day of dog sitting is going about the animal's schedule that you have provided for me; with food water walks and potty breaks. We play with any toys and games like tug of war, tag, and do lots of training with treats. I will take the dog to the park. With cats we have a nice day going about the animals schedule and usually curl up on the couch together or if the cat is interested playtime and treats.
