Pet care experience
Hello, My name is Ashley. I have been a pet sitter/house sitter/dog walker for 15 years for friends and through word of mouth. I love dogs and cats, and I am finally able To have a pup of my own! She is a Shepherd/Pit mix named Darby. I have a lot of experience and love to give to someone else's dogs/cats, and consider this opportunity as an enjoyable way to help out other pet parents who are trying their best to take care of their furry family members. My best experiences during my summers have always included having a friend or family dog with us (camping, road trips, hikes), and I would be happy to have dog/cat exposure more frequently.

I am not currently able to take dogs at my home at this time. In the future it is a possibility, but for now I am only doing walks.

I would like to know of any illnesses the dog may have, and their general reaction to strangers or other dogs. Important things like allergies or food preferences if feeding is required.
A typical day
I can accommodate for the individual pet. Parks, yards, training.. etc. Whatever best utilizes the time and needs required. I carry a water, tourniquet and NARCAN for dogs on longer walks for worst case scenario. I worked for approximately 8 months in a Vet Clinic in North Carolina near the Air Force Base, but this was my only experience in a clinic environment.

I am currently working a flexible schedule and I can accommodate walks in the afternoon and evenings. I have more morning availability on the weekends.
