Incredible and professional are just two of the synonyms to describe the excellence Ashley provided recently in dog sitting and walking our beloved husky, Sadie, for several days. She went above and beyond in caring for Sadie, while we could enjoy our trip knowing she was in good hands. If we could, Ashley would get 100%+++ in how much her experience and caring for animals made us feel better knowing Sadie was well taken care of. With primarily family and friends in the past watching our energetic fur family member, it was definitely appreciated the knowledge and experience Ashley has that made us try Rover for the first time. For making our dog feel that she now has extended "family" whenever Ashley comes over, we definitely have already made plans having her be here for our next vacation!

Ashley was extremely communicative both leading up to the booking and while Hachi was with her. We did run into some issues when our dog managed to get out of her yard but it was entirely Hachi's fault -- we even walked the yard to confirm that we were comfortable leaving him with her.... he's just tricky. In this very tough situation, Ashely did everything right. She called us immediately so we could help find him and ultimately, we got him back safe and sound.
