I have had dogs all my life. I currently have 3 dogs (Boxer, husky mix, and chihuahua). We also have a cat and a Macaw on our 1acre property. The cat is in the front so the dogs wont see him unless going to/from the car. Our macaw has a large cage in the backyard and loves to bark at us and our dogs to lol. We have a little baby pool that my kids are to big for but we put water in it for the dogs to be able to walk through or play in when we are outside so they can stay cool. I only say no females in heat because my dogs are all males, they have been around females but our girl was old and passed.
