I am a lifetime dog lover extreme who grew up with golden retrievers and sheepdogs, and I traveled the country for several years with my dear departed pooch Louis, a shi tzu mix rescue. I have also lived with/cared for terrier mixes and large pit mix dogs. My interest in dog behavior and wellness has grown greatly and I am currently taking online classes in Dog Cognition and Animal Behavior & Welfare to further help myself be a superb pet caregiver. I have been walking dogs for “strangers” for almost 2 years ago and enjoy it so much! Spending time with doggies and increasing their happiness and comfort levels is hugely rewarding and fun for me. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from teeny puppies to my own Louis who lived a long full life, so I’m used to the needs of dogs of all kinds. As one of their biggest fans, I want to do whatever I can, even in small ways, to give every dog the best life possible.
