Pet care experience
*UPDATE* I will be starting RN classes Fall '22. Although it hurts my heart to be less available, my time frames will be limited once schedules change to accomodate school and full time work. Priority will come to past clients, and I will do my best to make time for more! I may still be available for last minute check-ins, so feel free to ask! ~I have been taking care of pets for years, and enjoy every minute of it! I have a B.S. in Animal Science, and have Vet Technician experience. Currently working full time as a Paramedic, but would love more animal lovin’ on the side! I give full attention and respect each animals personality. I have two dogs and a horse of my own, so I know how important it is to find a reliable new friend. My specialty is difficult or shy pets, in training, all ages, and special needs. I have experience with all breeds and sizes. And, yes! Farm animals and fowl are just as special as the pups and kitties! I am also happy to provide as many updates as needed to ensure putting pet moms and dads at ease! I always look forward to meeting new fur babies and keeping them happy!

Ashley is terrific. She is always at least on time (today she was five minutes early). She took Riley for a nIce walk, fed her and spent a nice bit of time with her. We highly recommend her!
Ashley is an awesome individual and awesome with our cats! She loves our cats as her own and they’ve warmed up to her so quickly. We use her services often and will continue to book with her.

I am available for drop ins and walkies! For drop ins, unless specified, I do my best to fill in the time with the basic care needs, and add play time! If I sense a pet is stressed or does not want me in their territory, I will let the owner know. I love notes, no matter how detailed, to make sure each pet need is met!

I would love to be aware of any fears the pet may have of new people, or if they are prone to dart so I can ensure the pets safety.
A typical day
LOTS of attention and play time. And maybe extra snuggles. I currently like to take my pups exploring on nice days, to clear my mind and to enrich theirs!

I work full time, but have a rotating night shift schedule. I can be flexible with days and times, which makes it easier for pet parents to feel comfortable with scheduling.
