Pet care experience
I went to an agricultural high school where I learned how to take care of small animals. I've learned a lot in pre-vet club as well.

I highly recommend Ashley as a pet giver. She is caring and patient with my dog. I am definitely going to use her services again. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby.
She watched my cats over the weekend and didn't mind feeding my fish too. She did everything I asked and my cats had no issues with her. They seemed having a good time from the pics sent while I was down the shore. Which says alot because my orange cat Corona isn't a fan of most people haha.
Ashely was one of the best dog sitters I had!! Other dog sitters have never catered to my dog as well as Ashely has. She always ensures my dog goes on her walks and is properly fed. She was also super polite and followed my instructions to the T! If you’re looking for a great dog sitter. I definitely recommend Ash. She is the greatest!
I was very thankful that Ashley was willing to accept my last minute request to dogsit overnight during a holiday. She was extremely friendly, seemed good with Blu, and tolerant of the mess I call my home. I do however wish I had asked more questions during our video call. On my dog’s profile I list detailed instructions for his feeding, bathroom, and general care. We also discussed during the video chat. My instructions state that I don’t want him left for more than 8hrs at a time and the hours I was asking the sitter to stay were 5:30 PM-10AM. I was flexible on the times provided he was alone no more than 8hrs. Although, I did explain this during the call, I did not ask if she agreed as I assumed the sitter’s agreement to sit meant they agreed to the terms. She works an 8hr shift, 45 minutes from my home so was unable to meet the no more than 8hrs alone requirement. I was not aware of this until I was out of town. On day two I was informed that he’d thrown up the previous day’s evening meal (he eats 1/day in the morning). When I left my home on Monday morning I left the windows open on the top floor to air the place out and texted Ashley asking her to make sure to close them. When I arrived back on Wednesday all of these windows, except the ones in the room she slept in were open. It’s summer so the a/c was also on yet my dog was in a near 80% house. She’d also left the dog food bowl down although the bathroom instructions state that he’s to be let out after he eats. I believe that Ashley’s intentions were good but I wish she’d reread the profile, texted instructions, and called at the first sign of an issue (when he threw up, or she realized the ac didn’t seem to be working). That way I could have reminded her of the instructions and cleared up any confusion.

Information Ashley D. would like to know about your pet
Katie has anxiety, she tends to freeze up if there's too many people or dogs. She also freezes up when there's loud noises as well. It helps when I lean her against me or pull her close to me as long as she feels me next to her she relaxes. She gets nervous around small dogs and hyper active dogs because she is so mellow.
A typical day
I can take dogs to the park and walk them. I don't mind playing with them, keeping them entertained. If your dog loves fetch I can play that for a while.
