Pet care experience
My name is Ashley and I would be a great choice for walking your dog or dropping-in on your pets. I currently have my own dog, she is a French bulldog, and I love her SO much. I have also had dogs literally my entire life growing up, so I have a lot of experience with them. I also have a Persian cat, a holland lop bunny, as well as a bearded dragon lizard! I have even interned at two different veterinary hospitals, so you can rest easy in knowing that your pets will always be safe with me! While interning at the vet hospitals, I have given many dogs medications including injections, so if your dog requires medications, I am very comfortable in that aspect so it would not be a problem at all. My love for animals really stems all the way back to my mom.. she has 3 dogs and 6 cats currently! So as you can see, I come from an animal loving family. Please consider me while searching for somebody to care for your fur babies!

Ashley was our first house sitter ever and we were thrilled to have her. She took care of our three dogs with the best of care! She sent pictures and video of our three pups while we were gone. One of our fur babies is special needs so I was nervous about leaving her for such a long time, but in her care there was no worry! She is now our official pet sitter!

I am physically fit and capable of going on very long walks- walking, jogging, or whatever your dog prefers best! I have walked and cared for every size of dog and am comfortable handling any! When coming to your home for check-ins I am also respectful and careful of your home. I am extremely organized and meticulous so I will be sure to follow your exact instructions on how to care for your pet so you can rest easy that your baby has been cared for properly :)

It is really important for me to know any health conditions or medications that your dog may be taking prior to me taking them on a walk, and it would also be great to know some basic information about their personality!
A typical day
I can take your dog on walks if they like to do that or even just play with them in the house or yard with their own toys if they’re not really one to like going out! I oftentimes use a walking trail to walk and jog, myself, off the main roads in my neighborhood.

I am currently working part-time at a psychiatric hospital while going to college at Sacramento State in my last semester and still have quite a bit of availability! My availability includes: Mondays: 8am-10:30am; 12:30pm-rest of day Tuesdays: 8am-10:00am; 4:00pm-rest of day Wednesdays: 8am-10:30am Thursdays: 8am-12:30pm; 4:00pm-rest of day Fridays: 8am-10:30am; 12:30pm-rest of day Weekends: variable
