Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Ashley. I am a Charlottesville native and live in a quaint apartment in the Fry's Spring neighborhood. I am a social worker, working from home and have plenty of time to provide care and attention to your love bug! I love to play and my usual routine is 25+ min walk 2x daily and plenty of potty breaks and love in between. Believe me, as a former pet owner, I understand how stressful and difficult leaving a pet with a stranger can be. Not to worry! You will soon discover that I am caring, compassionate and I assure you I will take optimal care of your pet. I enjoy going to dog parks and walks in the woods. If your dog likes to swim- I would love to take them to the river or play fetch or frisbee in the dog park. If lounging is more their style, that's fine too! :) Bottom line, I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own; one of the family! I have ample experience with private pet sitting and working as a handler in a doggie day care during undergrad in Charlottesville. That being said, I am knowledgeable and available to work on training and tend to grooming needs, including nail clipping, brushing and bathing.
