Our names are Ashley and Brian, and we have years of experience with different animals of varying ages and sizes. Ashley grew up in a home that always had multiple furry four-legged friends, rodents (gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters), and lizards. For several years, she worked alongside her mom in her small business pet sitting and boarding pets of all ages and types. Brian has had furry companions all his life, and the occasional snake. Both of us have experience giving oral medications, subcutaneous injections and using a feeding tube to deliver food and medications. Our cats are long-haired, so we have a wide variety of brush types that can be used on dogs or cats to keep them well-groomed. We've had pets all our life, but currently, we have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and some smaller furry critters, and a large fenced backyard, so your pets would have plenty of fun during their stay at our home. We love animals, and we would love to watch yours for you! Pet care is integrated throughout every day! The first thing we do in the morning is cuddle the pups, take them outside to go potty, bring them inside to eat, and then let them run around in the fenced yard again. We welcome your pet as our own, so they are free to explore our dog- and cat-safe home as well as rest on the furniture (if allowed). We can also crate your dog if you'd like, and can go to the dog park upon request. Additionally, we have a wide variety of treats for both cats and dogs that your pet is welcome to enjoy (if allowed). Until medical school starts in July, Ashley will be available 24/7. After that, she'll mostly be home when not in classes but Brian will still be available most hours of the day to stay home. We'll both be at home throughout the day and overnight, so boarding availability won't change! We will send you tons of pictures and at least one daily update so you'll know how your fur baby is doing. We strive to match all dietary, exercise/training, and medical needs of your pet, be them young or old, big or small. We vacuum daily, use pet-safe cleaning products, have an air purifier, use soothing shampoo for dogs with sensitive skin, and perform daily maintenance of the yard (pick up poop daily and change water in the doggy pool daily). We are in the process of building a second door to our outdoor fence (like at dog parks) to increase security. We feed dogs from different homes separately. If we have to leave them alone for any period of time, we leave everyone separated and in different rooms of the house (unless they come from the same home). We ask that you bring your pup's own treats so that we don't risk having tummy issues.
