Hey, my name is Ashley, but you can call me Ash. I've been pet sitting for about two years now and I rather enjoy it. I do well with dogs and I'm great with cats, too. I prefer to keep your pets as comfortable as possible by coming to them instead of them having to come to me. Wouldn't you rather know your pets, as well as your home, were safe and secure while you were away? A nice little peace of mind to keep you at ease while you go and do whatever it is you need to do. Animals have always been a passion of mine. My affinity to them started when I was younger when I'd visit my grandparents. They used to raise horses and my great uncle who lived right down the road from them raised cows and had about 5-10 dogs at any given time. I've even got two dogs of my own, one of which I raised from a puppy. I house/pet sit for two people already. I make sure they house stays clean and tend to their animals. Depending on how long I say, I usually get their mail for them and set out their garbage cans and take them in. Any dishes that I use I wash, dry, and put away. Also depending on how long I stay, I tend to wash and dry the towels and things that I use. Then I fold them and put them away. I've taken care of my grandparents pomeranian for them a number of times when they've been away on cruises and things. I also take care of my own dogs as well as the dogs and cats of some of my mom's work friends. Why I love dog sitting Since I was a little kid. I used to help my great uncle out with his dogs when I would visit my grandparents every summer. He used to have anywhere from 5 dogs to 15 dogs at any given time. It was a lot of fun helping him out with them. About my yard Its a decent sized fenced in backyard. Its got a flat area in front of the stairs that leads up a small slope into the rest of the yard. Its big enough to run around and play in.
