Hi, welcome to my page! My name is Ashley and I joined Rover to help others care for their pets and to sneak in a couple dog snuggles myself. I have been a personal dog owner for over 20 years. I care for them as I care for my own child because that's what it feels like to own a pet. I am keen on safety, with a good amount of playfulness. My history of owning dogs has mostly been with large, high-energy breeds, such as Australian Shepard. I understand what makes them tick, how quickly they can move, and how much they need to move to be well-behaved dogs. I look forward to the chance to get to know the personality of your pet.

I have known Ashley for a few years as my neighbor, I met her as she was walking her dog. Ashley has always been caring and loving towards her dog. He passed away some time ago due to age and illness, but he was always well cared for and kept comfortable, and given plenty of love during his final days. I also ask Ashley to look after my cat when I'm out of town for a few days. My cat loves being visited by Ashley, he always runs up to her when he sees her and I feel very at ease knowing he is in her care. I can gladly recommend Ashley to look after any pet, she's a caring and thoughtful person who loves animals.

A typical day
I like to incorporate walks, runs, tug-or-war games, find the treat games, and lots of company and pets/snuggles. I have not made homemade dog treats before but I could get into making those quite easily.

I am available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to give you a break in your day by walking your dog while you are at work or your pup is welcome to hang at my house on those days for a little extra company.
