Hello! Firstly, thank you so much for considering me to watch your pets! Finding someone reliable and willing is always the most stressful part. You can rest assured knowing I will put 110% into caring for your babies while you cannot! I’ve grown up having pets my whole life, I’ve trained my own to do tricks, walk on leashes properly, and just general good doggo behavior. Upon graduating high school I received an internship with a groomer at a local vets office and learned a lot from that experience in regards to different pet demeanors, special needs, and how to work with them safely. Drop in visits, most of the time I’d go before and after work (and later if needed) but if your pet has special needs for a mid day visit I may be able to adjust my work schedule accordingly depending on the distance from my work. Walks, I’ve handled dogs that know how to walk on a leash along with never being trained. All are handled differently and I can adjust however is needed. I can normally read dogs pretty well as far as their energy level so if your dog is older and can’t walk for longer distances that’s no problem, we can take breaks. I will normally pack water and a travel bowl so they don’t get too thirsty. Together we can go whatever distance you’d like depending on time of day, if it’s be a midday walk it may not be quite as long as a good afternoon/evening walk could be. Either way, I will make sure your pet gets everything they need from it.
