Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs and cats of every kind and every age since I was 15! Highly experienced pet sitter and walker! I personally have an Alaskan malamute and a German Shepherd who has a rare disease called Megaesophagus who sits in a Bailey chair to eat! My dogs are my entire world and I know that when I look for a pet sitter I want someone who’s going to love my dogs so much which is what I will do for your pet!

Ashley is such an amazing houses sitter. She cared for my animals like they were her own an provided lots of updates and pics! My house was just like I left it and she even ckeaned up after some unexpected messes the animals made. She really went above and beyond even doing things that I would have never expected like scooping the dog poop. She is amazing and I've already booked her two more times because of how happy my pets were and how nice it was knowing they were in her care while we were away. Thank you so much!

I make sure that your furry friend has all the love and attention they need so you are not worried to leave whether it’s for the day, a long weekend, or a week. I love to play and love every Pet I meet! I am highly experienced and taking care of pets that have conditions. I have a dog who has a Megaesophagus which is a rare disease and he sits in a chair to eat, he has a special eating routine, takes medicine, and there have been times in the past where I had to administer IV to him when he was very sick. I have had many experiences with older dogs taking care of them when they require a little bit more care.

I would love to know their temperament and their behavior with other dogs people and children in case we come across them on any adventures we go on or if we are walking through the neighborhood. It’s really important that I have this information so I know how to react accordingly and be a few steps ahead.
A typical day
I love to take the dogs that I watch on adventures or excursions whether it is trails or Parks or through the neighborhood. If we are in the yard I love to play Fetch or frisbee with the dogs are any toys that they love.

Availability
I’m currently a special education teacher working with students with Autism in Lexington Richland 5. I am willing to dog walk, do drop in visits, or over night babysit/house sit; even with last-minute notice to help you out in case you are in a pinch! I am very flexible with my days and my weekends are usually wide open! During the week since I am a teacher, I can provide a potty break on my lunch hour 12-1 but I do get out on the earlier side for the district which is 230 to do the afternoon potty break as well!
