Pet care experience

B&B is pleased to be a premium and affordable provider for all of your pet boarding and walking needs in and outside your home. Our highly-skilled and experienced family will give you and your furry friend the personalized care and attention you both deserve. We love and welcome all animals and spend a lot of personal time with each client walking and playing. We provide outside play and your pup will respond better and enjoy more exercise if not on a full stomach. Large dogs over 65lbs May be evaluated for additional fee. Please provide vet reference/shot records at drop-off or by text/email prior to scheduled drop-off. I like to give my clients updates throughout the day including pictures/text. Please let me know if you would not like these additional FREE services. BOARDING - ($30 Non-holiday) A boarding day is a 24-hour time period! Your DROP- off time is your PICK- up time. We give a grace period of up to 2 hours past that. Pick up times past that 2 hour window will incur an additional rate of the scheduled daily rate ($30 non-holiday).We are open weekends and holidays. Welcome to B&B Boarding LLC. EIN# 46-509875. Are you aware that a business license is required in order to provide boarding services on Rover.com? However, there is no regulation of this requirement provided by Rover. Under Section #3 Compliance in the Rover “Terms of Service.” states, For Service Providers, this includes that you are legally eligible to provide Pet Care Services in the jurisdiction where you provide Pet Care Services; that you have complied and will comply with all laws and regulations that are applicable to you; that you have obtained all business licenses and permits necessary to legally provide Pet Care Services; and that, when providing Pet Care Services, you will comply with applicable leash, pet waste disposal, and similar laws. So, Is your current sitter licensed? If not, then Book with us and your not only backed by the Rover Guaranteed- you are protected legally through my Certification of Existence in SC. I work from home and I’m very flexible. I have a fenced in back yard and I live in a culdsac. Your pet is safe! I live near the Swamp a Rabbit trail and I love walking it with my clients! I like giving treats and letting dogs run freely. Your cuddle buddy will get lots of attention. .Remember, this is a business where dogs get to play with dogs most of the day. As dogs like to run, slide, play-bite, paw, scratch and wrestle, there comes a risk of mild injury (minor cuts, scrapes, nicks, etc.) or more serious injuries (dog bites, etc.). While this is not common, customers should be aware and prepared. Please note, owners are responsible for any vet bills incurred as the result of an injury caused by their dog. Sometimes even the most experienced technician cannot control an altercation fast enough to prevent injury. While this is not commonplace, it can occur from time to time. Once again, the main focus at B&B Boarding is the care and safety of your pet. All new dogs are evaluated for aggression. If any dog is found to be aggressive or “bully” the others, that dog will be removed from play to maintain the safety of the group.

Horrible dog sitting experience. Maxie and Ellie stayed with Ashley for the Thanksgiving holiday. We booked with Ashley because she didn’t have any other dogs, had a fenced in yard and didn’t require dogs to be crated. She agreed to watch the girls being the only dogs, but was going to be taking on another client Saturday when we picked them up but would crate that dog until we picked up the girls. I dropped them off Wednesday with their bag and written instructions on how much and when to feed them. I get a text Friday that the dogs are out of food. I packed them enough food for their stay and a little extra. She fed them 6 feedings in 4. Not to mention the picture she sent Ellie was eating out of the water bowl when the feeding instructions clearly stated Ellie eats out of the purple (slow feeder) bowl. Later that evening she texted me and stated due to her vast experience in dog sitting I wasn’t feeding my dogs enough and told me what they should be fed. My dogs are well cared for and fed. They get a high quality dog food and are not starving by no means. They are also fed what is recommended by our vet since they were both overweight. She was out of place and out of line to mention that. When we picked up the girls on Saturday they were both in a crate, TOGETHER. My dogs were not to be crated, let alone in the same crate. They are 70 and 80 lbs. She told me the other dogs were going to be crated, not mine. I get my dogs home and unpack their bag, a few things are missing. She tells me she would ship them then comes back and says it’s my responsibility to check the bag and I would need to pay for shipping. It would be around $8 to ship (frisbee, collar and can top) and she asked for $20. Finally, she tells me if I want to use her in the future that I would need to pay double for them to be the only dogs and triple on holidays. That is not how Rover works. She agreed to have them as the only dogs so it is not my fault she “lost money watching them”. My dogs will NOT be staying with Ashley again. She clearly lied to me, disregarded verbal AND written instructions on how to feed my dogs, put blame on me and accused me of starving my dogs.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took in our dogs knowing they barked a lot especially with other dogs present (which she had someone else’s dogs and was double booked). Didn’t disclose that their children would be basically sleeping with the dogs and would be boarded up in their child’s room. Was nice to our faces when we brought our dogs there. But the next morning (approximately 4:00 am) I received a message stating that one dog barked all night because he was aware of the other dogs at the home when I made her aware of this prior and she agreed it was fine. I also was addressed like a child being scolded and she took it upon herself that they were going to be over at camp bow wow without our consent. So after she sent me that rude message saying all that she got with rover trying to dump my dogs off anywhere she could. So when she couldn’t dump our dogs off onto someone else’s hands because our dogs aren’t “perfect” dogs I told her to just bring them back to our house while at this point she was ruining our vacation, I told her my address where she said she was going to be able to drop them off she acted like it was the end of the world to have to drive all the way to our address (which was only 15 min). She also tried penalizing me by trying to charge me $60 for dropping them off . When she got back to my house with the dogs “tied” down in her floorboards she didn’t say a single word to the people that were taking my dogs back inside my house and made no effort to help my family members unload anything from her vehicle. All the while being so unprofessional and treating us like we were nothing but problems to her life whenever she agreed to all our specifications. We paid her a good amount of money to just be treated like a child and be nothing but bothered on our vacation. She originally said she was going to process a refund but now that she has dropped off our dogs she has ignored us about the refund. Don’t know if we will ever get our money back. This lady is sketchy and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
