💖 Dogs bring so much joy to life! 💖 •Responsible •Honest •Loving •Experienced I am a very active and loving nurse known for my love of all dogs (I’m that person who has to admire and fuss over every dog I see 🥰). I look forward to welcoming your pup(s) into my cozy home, where they will be treated as if they were my own ~ all the love, snuggles, treats and adventures (the good things in life, as pre-approved by you 🙂). I am a very experienced, life-long pet-parent, looking to open my cozy, well-loved home to create a safe space and care for fur babies while their families are away in the hopes of easing your mind, and theirs. I am known by those close to me for my life-long love of animals, especially dogs, and I understand the anxieties of entrusting your family member(s) into the care of another; I hope to ease your worries and assure you that your pet will be spoiled, loved and welcome in my home, however long they might stay - a vacation for both of you! ☺️ I have experience with many different breeds, and with dogs of all shapes, sizes, needs and abilities. I have rescued many dogs, volunteered with “challenging” dogs, and have even delivered and raised puppies. I have experience with short and long-term stays in my home; all dogs who stay with me remain family to me and mine. I have loved minis to giants, including dogs from 1 pound to 200 pounds, and all sizes in between! I believe each dog has their own way of communicating their needs, anxieties and joys; I aim to make each one feel loved and welcomed ☺️ I have responsible teens in my home as well as an animal-adoring husband and a small YorkiPoo girl. She is really good with other dogs, large and small. Happy to take dogs of all ages and sizes, as long as they like small dogs and are okay with cats (two in our home who like dogs but they can also be kept separate as needed, as some dogs just don’t like cats). I have lots of experience with senior and unwell or special needs dogs, who may require medication, including pain management and insulin (please ask about my fee for administering meds, including injections, etc.). Stays of overnight to long-stay are welcome. Lots of walks available, as my home is a very active one! Pets are welcome on furniture, beds, etc. and are part of the family. My schedule is very flexible and I am thankful to be able to be at/near home throughout each day of the week.
