Pet care experience
I have been around a variety of small, large and exotic animals throughout my life and I am very passionate about all of them! I am studying to become a mixed veterinarian to care for dogs, cats, horses, birds, livestock, exotics and any animal you care for, I would love to do the same. My husband accompanies me to some visits and loves to help take care of clients pets (mainly keeping them entertained). If your situation requires the both of us due to scheduling we would be more than happy to meet with you and make sure your babies are taken care of! I am offering professional drop-in and house sitting services for a flat rate including any additional house care you may need such as bringing in the mail, taking care of gardens, gathering eggs, etc. I am a Veterinary Technician of about 5-6 years. I am experienced in administering oral/injectable medications, IV fluids, therapy, and I am very comfortable handling emergencies including CPR. I am more than willing and capable of taking care of anything that needs to be done for you and your pet! I am also a dog trainer on the side and can take care of any grooming needs: nail trims, cutting/styling hair, sanitation trims, cleaning ears, baths, etc. I will work on specific training as requested by the owner but will ask simple commands of your pet during my visits to keep them sharp! (Either of these services will have an additional fee). The core values of my training is to bridge the gap of communication between the owner and pet. I am very passionate about educating owners about proper communication with their pets and their specific, simple needs to thrive in their environment with their owners. I have watched Ashleigh grow up to a great young lady. Ashleigh has always loved animals of all kinds, she has had dogs, cats, chickens, and a pig that she has helps take care of. She has cared for the neighbors horses, goats, and chickens. If Ashleigh see's a stay animal with no owner around she is going to take it home with her. Ashleigh comes to my house to trim and file the nails of my two small dogs she does a great job with them. Needless to say but she loves animals.
Ashleigh's passion in life is animals, and she is training to be a veterinarian. She is experienced with cats, dogs, horses, livestock, and exotics. She is always the first person I got to when I need help with any of my animals, and has even gone out of her way to help me care for them. She has dog sitted for me and my family numerous times and has done an exponential job of making sure they are fed, watered, and taken out to use the bathroom. Ashleigh is very trustworthy and has a vast amount of experience with many different animals. She treats the animals with love and care and is very gentle and patient with them. She is the most experienced I know when it comes to animals and the first person I would consider when I need someone to watch my animals.

A typical day
When keeping or pet sitting your dog I would work with what they're comfortable with and on their schedule. We will go on long walks/ runs, play with toys in the yard, or simply relax outside of that's what they're comfortable with and they will, of course, receive plenty of puppy love!

Availability
I am full time as a Vet Tech but I am avaliable mornings and evenings for drop-ins. Depending on your location I can do midday drop-ins as well or return to your location if I am staying there. My schedule varies so it depends on what the situation is! My husband can also step in as needed if owners are comfortable with that as well.
