Pet care experience
Animal advocate, enthusiast, and vet tech! Heyyyy yalll!! My name is Ashlee, I just turned 30 years old and my love for animals is probably the Most annoying this about me. And I don't say this from a personal point of view, I'm talking about to everyone in my life. Lol family and friends can't comprehend how I want to help each and every animal in need. I'm a crazy cat lady who also has 8 dogs. I truly wish I could all animals, but I do my very best. A little bit about my background with animals. I have been working at a vet for the past 2 years, with experience in many departments of the hospital. Most recent has been training as a vet technician. I currently had to cut back hours for school to become certified vet tech and further my education in animal medicine. I want to study to become a livestock vet, taking care of cows and horses, stuff like that. I have over 20 years of experience working with animals. The last 10 years being much more intense and very committed to caring for animals to the point that all my employment had to be dealing with animals or I just got bored. I am currently looking to pick up extra money since I am only working part time and going to school so I feel like this would just be a great fit for a side hustle. I have experience with small breeds and large breeds. I live almost an acre of land with 18 (my snow lynx bengal has a litter of four & I rescued a kitten from my neighbors back yard ) fur babies of my own. So animals tend to be drawn to me.. I have a firm structure so your fur baby would always be safe with me, which is the most important part of this job. I know myself as a pet owner it's hard for me to trust just anyone, I have a selected few that I trust with my babies and it differs per pet. That is what I am really trying to gain with my clients is their trust it's honestly number one in my book. I would never put your pet in harms way, and always protect them from anything necessary! I put animals before myself, especially if it comes to their safety. I look forward to meeting new pets and people 🌎 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I had scheduled drop in-visits to make sure my two cats had what they needed while on a trip. She sent pictures/videos and took really good care of them while she was here.

I personally would like to know medical history. And any Medical condition they may be experiencing currently. I would request a list of medications and when to administer. Also I would need a like of any allergies. And most importantly the demeanor of the pet and the friendliness towards stranger and other animals. And most Importantly I would love to know how your dog passes time. What shows do they like to watch if they enjoy watching TV or what games do they like to play to pass time, whats their favorite snacks..
A typical day
A couple of my favorite activities I love to enjoy with my dogs and hope fully your pets as well is Hunger for words( A toy to train dogs commands/words) . I also love to use the snuffle mats to stimulate brain activity. I honestly make personal lick bowls with my dogs kibble, fresh/frozen fruit, and a little yogurt, fill up with water and freeze, this also stimulates dogs brain and gets them really sleepy. I typically like to give those after a good walk down by the river, however considering I will be walking for other pawrents rather than myself I would only walk pup where they would feel comfortable. Any activities your pet likes I would love to learn. And any specific activities you would like me to as well.
