Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner and lover for the last 20+ years with most of my experience in showing, training and caring for dogs (obedience, agility, showmanship and search and rescue), bunnies, and equines. I have owned cats my whole life and have rescued many kittens from unsafe conditions and have advanced knowledge in kitty-care. I have also owned or handled: birds (both exotic and domestic), cavies (hamsters/guinea pigs etc), fish and most species of livestock. I do not discriminate based on breed so your pitty-pals and other "aggressive" labeled dog breeds are welcome. ❗IMPORTANT: I require a Meet & Greet with every animal I care for. This is a personal as well as professional preference to ensure safety and quality of care for the animal. I do NOT do sudden drop-offs so please plan ahead to ensure you have time to schedule a M&G before service starts.❗

Ashel is fantastic. She stayed with my two dogs and cat while we were away and was responsible, conscientious, quick to communicate with updates and questions, and great with the animals. She went above and beyond what was expected with caring for our pets and house and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend Ashel!
We have 3 little dogs and 2 cats.. ashel was an amazing pet sitter!! We were gone for 5 days and she stayed with them and did everything asked of her. She is super good with animals of all kinds and is very reliable!

I have two small dogs (friendly/indifferent to other dogs), three cats, three adults and one 6 year old child (on weekends only) that live in my home. I do not have a fenced in yard so boarded dogs will have to be on a leash while outside. I'm in a community offset from any major roads that would allow me to walk your dog if desired and I live only a few miles from Grand Ravines Dog Park.

Please let me know of any behavioral issues (dog aggressive, food aggressive, fear of men etc), any medications your pet needs and instructions, food instructions and typical daily habits. ❗All boarded dogs must show proof of UTD vaccinations and have a recent flea/tick treatment.❗
A typical day
Indoor activities: playing with toys such as a tug toy, licky mats, kongs with dog safe peanut butter or cheese. Outdoor: Walks (both neighborhood and hikes), dog park fun.

Availability
I am currently in the process of filing for disability and am only working part-time, usually in the early afternoon to no later than 7:30pm with the exception of Wednesdays and Thursdays, and my availability calendar reflects that.
