I love animals, big and small, wild and tame. I've never met one that I didn't consider to be a friend. Animals are the only creatures who aren't intentionally malicious and best of all, don't hold grudges. They shower you with unconditional love and so because of that I give it right back. I have had pets my entire life, mainly dogs but to me every animal is a friend. I shower them with love and affection but also understand they sometimes need their space, just like us humans do.
