I'm a homemaker for a WFH husband, five cat-children, and a small herd of five female guinea pigs. My favorite part of making new fur-friends is earning their trust and building a relationship. Cats: Cats and I get along great! I'm a longtime cat companion and really enjoy their independent and quirky personalities. I'm very experienced with multiple cats in a single household, as we have had up to six in our home. I love trying to convince super shy kids to be my friend but I won't be offended if they need their space and, of course, I'm a big fan of cuddle bugs! Dogs: I love how expressive and carefree dogs are and have really enjoyed meeting new dog friends through Rover! I'm familiar with dog body language, basic training and handling techniques, and my favorite game is fetch. While I am not currently a dog parent, I have multiple regular clients that are dog only households and really enjoy my time with their pups! Because of a permanent lower back injury, I need to be selective with large or high energy clients. I am unable to accommodate walks over a mile and very strong dogs that constantly pull or yank while on leash. Backyard buds of all sizes and walking buddies 30lbs or less are ideal clients for me! Other Critters: I have experience with a variety of small animals. In the past, I have been a parent to a large rabbit (16lbs), small rabbit (6lbs), fish, a hamster, and chickens. I currently have a herd of five female guinea pigs that I adore spoiling with new toys, beds, and hideouts. Through Rover, I've cared for fish, frogs, chickens, and even a pot belly pig!
