Pet care experience
Most of my experience has been with family cats, ferrets, chinchillas and hamsters. I’ve never owned a dog myself, because I used to work a lot but have always loved animals. Im now a student and have a much more flexible schedule. Have walked and pet sit a few dogs before however just recently getting into pet sitting as a job.

We booked Asabe for some drop-in visits with our senior dog over the course of a few nights we were away and wanted him to stay in our own home. She was communicative and conscientious with our dog and we had a great experience with her. We are happy to recommend Asabe and will plan to book her again in the future!

I love the outdoors, so I’m open to walking, taking to dog parks. During house sittings I will likely be splitting my time between doing work and playing/caring for your pet… potty breaks, walks, fetch etc whenever needed!

How often they have accidents if at all, some pets aren’t great at communicating when they need to go so knowing if I should just take them out every few hours or when they tap on the door would be great! Also how good they are with people/ other animals. I want to know whether they thrive in doggie parks or just in fields on their own to keep everyone including your pet comfortable.
A typical day
I like to stay active myself so I like to take dogs on jogs hikes with me. I’m newish to the area, so an excuse to go to the dog park and meet some other animals owners would be great!

I have research commitments which I can do anywhere and at anytime. Very flexible. I occasionally have conferences/meetings I have to attend but can make most schedules work!
