If I could give 0 stars I would. This was a nightmare, after making sure she was aware that I had two big dogs and bringing them a day early to make sure that everything was OK before I left, she messages me two days after leaving that it will not work and that I need to come get the dogs or she will call Animal Control to pick them up!! Thank God for Rover service, they stepped in and handled everything for me, got the dogs with a new sitter, but after having a full 24 hours of freaking out that this girl will do something to my dogs, it's not worth it. The new sitter sent pictures of the condition that they were in and her communication is horrible. The dogs were in a room with feces and urine and I had to ask multiple times for pictures and got a very delayed response most times. She's very young, in a small apartment, and her mother is terrified of dogs. All things that maybe you should think about when offering and accepting to sit for someone.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend as to puppy care whatsoever. I do not believe all the information provided was followed as instructed based on initial communication. Additionally everything I received back was either wet, soiled or stained (blanket, bed, crate pad, toys, etc) which was beyond me. Communication was ok although there wasn’t much of any unless I initiated. Older, mature dogs are probably ok but i think the ball was dropped with my puppy. She was available last minute and I got my fur baby back and he seemed ok so 2 stars but I wouldn’t rebook sadly.
