I Already Love Your Dog
Pet care experience
I’ve been the designated animal-caretaker in my family and friend groups since the wee age of 11, when I begged my parents to let me babysit my 4 year old little sister and they said “prove you can take care of a dog first”. Well the egg is on their face now, as I have developed a very uniquely intuitive and empathetic care-giving style that has served me in bonding with a variety of animal personality types. I hope to get the opportunity to meet your pet!
Reviews
Arianna was a wonderful sitter for our dog Gus. She was attentive and loving, updating us consistenetly throughout the week. It gave us great ease to know he was safe and being well taken care of. We'd definitely use Arianna again in the future!
Arianna leads with her heart. She loves all animals, and it really shows. She is very patient and takes true pride and showing love and support to animals. I've seen her first hand in dealing with a temperamental or high energy dog and within minutes there is a bond.
Arianna took great care of my dog, Gabbs, while I was on vacation. Arianna saved my vacation. Another pet sitter had canceled on me. If Arianna had not stepped into the breach, I would have had to cancel my vacation. Arianna has an exuberant personality and is a natural dog sitter. She took loving care of my Gabbs while I was away. Gabbs loves Arianna so much that I think Gabbs wants to move in with Arianna! When an airline strike made me two days late getting home, Arianna gladly extended her time and continued to cheerfully care for Gabbs. Rover.com and its customers could not possibly find a better pet sitter than Arianna. I recommend her with enthusiasm. Sincerely, David Rigby Acton, MA

Safety, trust & environment
I love and respect animals on an instinctual level that allows me to offer intuitive care. I’m highly perceptive of body language as an indicator of temperament, mood, and certain biological needs (the “poop walk” is a real thing guys). I am attentive and patient with the animals I care for, as if they were my own family members. I am a firm believer in (and enthusiast of) sending picture, video, and text updates of your animal while they are in my care - though I deeply respect the privacy of my clients and would never externally save or publish pet images or information without explicit client consent. On a side note, I also have a professional history in hospitality, so expect to come home to the environment as you left it should you choose me as an overnight pet-sitter; I always make sure to wash any sheets, dishes or linens that I use during my service.
Information Arianna W. would like to know about your pet
How comfortable are they are with strangers entering their home? How does your dog react to other animals while they are on leash versus off leash when outside of the home? Does your dog have any behavioral anxiety triggers that I should be aware of? Does your dog have any food allergies or dietary restrictions that I should be aware of? Does your dog have an special medical conditions that I should take into consideration? How physically active is your dog on any given day? How does your dog react in your home when you are away (I.e. will I need to anticipate distracting your dog from excessive barking or depressingly waiting by the door for your return?)
A typical day
I hope they don’t mind a cuddle puddle or a quality butt-scratch because I like to start my day with just a little reminder of the unconditional love I have for your pet. We will *relieve our bladders* and have a little breakfast and chill moment (perhaps not in that order) and then depending on their mood and size we might have some playtime or go for a nice block-walk to get their juices flowing! I love to experiment with toys and play that stimulate their minds and instincts and I really love taking dogs to dog-friendly parks or hiking trails.

Availability
I am currently a full time freelance pet-care provider with complete control of my own schedule. I’ve set a (highly flexible) schedule for myself to walk or drop-in with pets in the greater Boston area from 9:30-4:30 M-F. Feel free to make a request for a specific time and I will do my best to accommodate as my schedule allows. I don’t offer boarding services at this time due to my big fluffy cat having some health issues that are best managed with a stress-free environment. That being said, I am free for overnights or drop-in pet sitting 7 days a week, schedule permitting.
