Pet care experience
My calling in life is to work with and care for animals. I have grown up and around animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, exotic animals, horses, and fish. Before I was able to work, I volunteered at humane societies for both cats and dogs along with local pet clinics. Professionally, I have lots of experience within pet stores, kennels, and doing dog/cat sitting for family members, friends, neighbors, and strangers. Humans are great, animals are even better!

Arianna was a great communicator and took excellent care of our two dogs.
Arianna provided great care to our dog and two cats while we were out of town for two weeks. She was a good communicator and provided thorough updates with pictures. Our dog had been experiencing medical issues prior to our trip and Arianna was happy to discuss details regarding her condition after our return which was much appreciated.

I have plenty of dedicated time to spend getting your pet(s) comfortable with me for starters. I understand not all animals have had good experiences with strangers so I want to do my best to ease their minds and your own. I’m very talented at picking up the needs of what a pet(s) is wanting, whether that be playtime, a walk, grooming, and my absolute favorite, cuddles! I believe the most important part of caring for a pet is providing a sense of security, and I will do so in whatever way you as the owner would like.

Please let me know how your dogs temperament is with other dogs and people. Being aware of activities they love or hate helps me keep your puppies happy during my time with them. If you would like me to do a check in or walk, I usually like to offer treats or their own food if you are gone long enough and would like me to feed them, please let me know how much food I should offer and if your pet is allergic to anything.
A typical day
This completely depends on the dog. I know some pups will fetch all day long and others are just about some cuddles on the couch. Loving and having dogs my whole life has made me comfortable doing whatever is needed to keep your dog or dogs stimulated throughout the day. On walks, I love taking them to parks if they are somewhat close to your home and your dog is okay to see other dogs along the way. If they have a favorite tennis ball, let me know and we can play for parts of our walk! During the summer I like to avoid pavement and sidewalks so their feet do not get burned so I will definitely try to find areas to walk in that are heavily grassed.

Availability
Currently, Rover is my full time job. This allows me to be very flexible and work with my clients schedules as much as necessary. I have my own pets at home I need to make time for but that’s most often already accounted for in my schedule.
