I have been house sitting family and friends pets since I was about 12-14. My mother was a dog breeder, of all different breeds, so caring for puppies and animals became second nature in my life. Cleaning up, and playing with the puppies was always my favorite past time. After graduating high school, I started working with my mother at her grooming salon for about 2-3 years. I gained some wonderful long term friends and clients working there even if I do not work there anymore. Working with animals has always been in my life and will always continue to be. I believe animals are like our family and should be treated as such. If you have a schedule that your fur babies are used to then I will try my very best to follow it as best as I can. Usually knowing your pets set routine is a great way for me to know exactly how to follow it so that they don’t feel as much of an adjustment in the time your gone. I like to make sure your pet can feel safe and cared for, until you get home, as well as make sure that your routine doesn’t change when you get home either. For dog walks, if you typically take them around your neighborhood then I can change up the direction with each walk while making sure to stay in the same areas. If you usually take them to a park for walks then I can definitely do that as well. I would only charge a small gas fee due to gas being super expensive right now. A puppy usually has a lot more energy even after a walk so I would definitely make sure to play with him/her as well to help them get that out a bit.
