I have never left an unfavorable review until now. Arial came to meet my dog and seemed very responsible. We agreed on her spending the night and leaving each day around eight or nine in the a.m. We also agreed on her returning once in the afternoon to let my dog out to go potty. Arial did great the first day. Each day after that she left in the morning and did not return until late each evening. My dog was left alone 11 hours each day. Unfortunately I did not notice this until the last day. When I asked her if everything was OK because I had noticed she was not returning in the middle of the day like we had agreed upon. She said everything was OK but one of her other dogs had been in and out of the vet. On the last day she left and did not lock my door. I had several deliveries. Someone could’ve gotten into my house. When I asked her about the issues… She said that she was confused and that there seem to have been some miscommunication between us. I referred her to our prior text messages where our time arrangements were made very clear and agreed-upon. It was just a very disappointing situation. I felt horrible that my dog was left alone that long.
