Need a place to bring your pet that will feel almost like home? My goal is always to make sure your dog is as excited to arrive here as they are when you pick them up. Let’s be honest, it’s my dogs’ house and I just live in it. I am an apprentice dog trainer and work from home full time. My days are focused on caring for and working with dogs. Your pup will have my full attention during their time with me. What can your dog expect with me? - Positive reinforcement only. - Room to roam. I have a fully fenced yard that is escape proof from above or below. - Friends to play with, or ignore. I group and supervise all play. Our time is structured so everyone gets an opportunity to be outside off leash in whatever way they are comfortable. - Structured days with enrichment and engagement throughout. - Comfy places to lounge. We’ve got dog beds EVERYWHERE and room for more. - Exciting places to walk. I live near the greenbelt and Freeman Park so all walks are in beautiful spots with lots to see and smell. - Kind and considerate care. Every dog gets dedicated time daily for pets and snuggles. Equal division of time and attention is priority. - Supervision by a knowledgeable person. I work very hard to get to know your pup and read their body language to ensure they are comfortable and worry free. - Reinforcement of boundaries to ensure a safe environment. - Adaptions to fit your pups needs and routines. If your dog finds comfort in a crate or their own space, I will ensure that is provided. If your dog is fearful of confinement crates are not used and a comfortable spot for them is designated. I promise to never try to make your dog love me more than you, but I will work hard to be their second favorite! Whether in my home or in yours I will adapt to your dogs needs, provide lots of loving attention, and be quality company while you are away.
