I've grown up around dogs my entire life, and I love having them around. I grew up with a dog and helped care for her well into her old age, I helped raise the family's current dog from a puppy, and I've had a little experience in dealing with puppies who are around a few days old onwards. I love pups of all breeds, shapes, and sizes! I'm not afraid of a dog that jumps up on me, no matter the size. I read dog body language well, and dogs warm up to me pretty well. I would love to watch your dog while you're gone, and/or take them on walks! Whether its playing with them or trying to teach them new tricks, I will do my best to give your dog all my support, care, and love. Please note that the only reason I haven't selected to accept extra large dogs is purely because I don't think I have the strength to handle one on a walk, should they decide to go chase a squirrel or something. If your dog is well behaved enough that they won't try and run off, or it is an in-home visit, I am very willing to discuss taking care of your pup! I've also had a lot of experience with cats, rats, hamsters, and some experience with snakes (rainbow boa constrictors). I am more than willing to help you, or anyone you know, take care of other pets such as the ones listed above.
