They say, "a walk a day, keeps the doctor". With my experience in caring for my dog, I enjoyed walking my dog the most. It's the most easy and mind freeing exercise. It won't just help with you mentally and physically but your dog is just as capable of mentally and physically enjoying the walk. I have been a runner since I was young, so just being outdoors naturally made sense. I have a very easygoing personality, with an urge of exploring the world with a companion.
