Loving, Attentive Care for Your Pup
Pet care experience
My husband and I love dogs. We both have had dogs since we were kids. I work from home so I’m around most of the time, which means I’m able to give your pup lots of love and attention. Our Boston Terrier is great with most dogs and will happily play with your pup should s/he enjoy playing. Your dog will come home happy and pooped. We have a fully fenced back yard that the dogs can run around in. We also take regular dog walks throughout the neighborhood. I am a former PAWS board member and current foster parent. We have fostered several dogs and cats through the years and amazingly only adopted two. We’re experienced with giving medicine and caring for dogs of all sorts but especially shy dogs. Our dog is nervous with strangers and has his quirks so I understand shy, scared dogs and how important it is to let them get comfortable on their own time. Because we only take one or two dogs at a time, we're able to give your dog more attention and focus. We know that some pups just don't do well with a lot of other dogs. So, if that's your dog s/he'll be in good hands with us. We have a cat who is good with cat friendly dogs. We ask that your dog be good with cats. We take small dogs up to 25 pounds. A fun fact about me. I am also an etiquette consultant. Don't worry, I won't correct your manners and I'll only correct your dog's manners if you want me to. I work with corporations and individuals. We also offer children's etiquette classes. Whether it's etiquette or dogs I like to have fun and I care about my clients. We’d love to give your dog loving, attentive care so that you can relax while you're away and know your pup is in really good hands.
Reviews
I left my pup with Arden and Eric for a week while I was out of the country, and it was so reassuring to know that my baby was being so well cared for in their warm home. Their dog Augie is a favorite playmate for my Olive, and everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the pictures, seeing my dog relaxed and happy while I was away. They're the best!
another good day with Arden and Eric and their dog Augie!
Another good day for my pup at Arden & Eric's place!
Arden and Eric were wonderful with my dog, Olive. She can be very timid with strangers, but she has quickly become comfortable with them and is obviously happy and excited to go to their house. She has had a great time playing with their dog Augie. You couldn't ask for more conscientious, knowledgeable, and attentive pet sitting in a warm and congenial home. Absolutely top notch!

Information Arden C. would like to know about your pet
I'd love to know how your dog does with cats and other dogs, as well as your dog's routines - what time s/he likes to go to bed, when s/he usually gets up, where s/he sleeps, any special commands you use, how s/he likes to be pet and played with and any fears or quirks I should know about. What time does your dog usually eat? Is your dog crate trained? Please make sure your dog is current on flea control. We won't take dogs with destructive separation anxiety or aggressive dogs. We take small dogs up to 25 pounds. *Note: Rover stays are priced per overnight, that is up to a 24-hour period. That means that pick up time must not exceed beyond the time the dog was dropped off. I can accommodate a grace period of up to 3 hours for pick up, beyond that point there will be a charge for the day of care. Up to 5 hours is considered a half-day, more than that is a full day charge.
A typical day
Since I work from home I'm usually around to spend time with the dogs we care for. We'll go on walks everyday and will have focused play time. In addition, your dog can go in and out to the backyard regularly. Your dog can sleep on the couch in the living room or in a dog bed or crate in the bedroom. Our house is your dog's house.
