I am a very friendly, energetic, timely and active person. I'm a certified personal trainer who is very in shape and a dog lover. There will be no problem walking, playing and running around with your dog. When I use to live in Florida I took care of several dogs where I would play with the dogs in the park by running and playing fetch. There will be no problem commuting where ever in New York City.
